For a long time, life felt heavier than it seemed to be for everyone else. I worked, I functioned, I did what I was âsupposedâ to do - but something always felt off. At 28, I made a quiet but life-changing decision: I went back to school, chose a new path, and eventually found my way into nutrition, psychology, and understanding the why behind our habits and choices.
My journey into health wasnât a straight line - it was messy, overwhelming at times, and full of learning things the hard way. Along the way, I realised something important: lasting health isnât about discipline or perfection. Itâs about having the right tools, understanding your body and mind, and learning how to listen when your body is asking for attention.
I created Your Healthiest Self because I didnât have this kind of guidance when I needed it most. Today, I get to be the guide I once wished for - walking alongside you as you reconnect with your body, your health, and yourself.
